Hi all! My name is Smita. I'm based in Mumbai and am part of Cohort 11. I am in my transition phase. I quit my job in social impact consulting to transition into tech. I am passionate about tech4good. I am in the process of ideation and development of a storytelling platform for kids. I joined this community because I have been worried about my career - what happens if i fail? will I get a job after, in what? all these questions really dampen my spirit and i am eager to put a process to it. I am excited to see people in different stages of transition here :)
