Chuck Saia is a Senior Partner at Deloitte and the Author of "You Got This, Kid! Words of Advice for Young Leaders."  As CEO of Deloitte’s US Risk and Financial Advisory practice, the largest of its kind in the world, Chuck was responsible for setting the strategic vision and execution protocols. He elevated the profile of the practice and its professionals, and disrupted the marketplace with new technologies, executing on a global scale. He was previously Deloitte’s Chief of Risk, Reputation, and Regulatory Affairs. Chuck has led various other businesses including strategic initiatives for Deloitte as lead Partner for some of Deloitte’s largest and most complex clients. 

Chuck enjoys being a mentor, mentoring many current and future leaders, helping them make critical career and life decisions. In addition to his other work, Chuck serves as Board Member at Quinnipiac University and is a philanthropist focused on Lupus and environmental sustainability. He is an author and frequent contributor to publications, including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune.
