Paul Towne is the Vice President of Executive Search with Cooper Coleman, where he partners with nonprofits and social impact organizations to identify and recruit talented leaders to scale impact. With a career devoted to advancing social good, Paul has held senior roles at Resilia, United Way Worldwide, CyberGrants, and IBM.

Previously, he has raised funds for impactful organizations and championed technology that promotes charitable giving. He has represented organizations across higher education, volunteerism, international development, disaster relief, and youth development. Notably, Paul launched key partnerships with Google and Visa at Points of Light and led disaster relief initiatives with Amazon, Apple, and Facebook at UNICEF USA.

Paul resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his husband, Dan, and their two Boston Terriers, Oscar and Jack.
