I joined as an early employee to a small startup and have put a lot of time and energy to help build the company. We've been struggling financially as a company and I came close to quitting a few times, but I also feel like we may be close to turning the corner with a recent pivot. That being said, I feel I have invested a lot emotionally in the company so am not sure I am evaluating my situation objectively. How do you distance yourself emotionally when evaluating?
