Hey peppercorns, how are you? I am going to start a new masters degree very soon and it feels like I am about to make a career pivot. It won't be something big, such as the business world into the medical world kind of pivot, but I am getting out of my comfort zone of customer experience/service, into a full one Global Sales and marketing environment. To be honest, I am very nervous and anxious because I never liked working with Sales. However, after thinking about where I could go on my career, it felt like that this change could help me more than hurt me. After all, almost everything in business is related to a monetary transaction! What about yourself? What is motivating or has motivated you to make a career pivot?

Hello everyone... Do you notice a big difference between a phone interview vs an in-person interview? Which one do you prefer? Do you feel more conformable when nobody is seeing you, or do you rather have the personal connection an in-person interview offers?

Hey ... I was wondering if you guys could share some ideas on how to negotiate a better salary? Should I only talk about that after getting the job offer? It feels like if I went until the final stage of the selection, knowing the salary, I already lost my chance of negotiating. I would really appreciate your thoughts on this subject!
